Afterhrs Radar Privacy Policy
Effective August 4, 2026
Afterhrs Radar helps creator agencies organize content schedules and review social-media performance. This policy explains the information used by the service.
Information we process
- Account information such as name, email address, agency membership, and creator profile details.
- Creator-authorized TikTok and Instagram profile, follower, post, and engagement statistics.
- Content schedules, task completion, support requests, and application information entered into the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, agency workspaces, creator scheduling, social-growth analytics, support, security, and service improvements. We do not sell creator or agency information.
Social account access
TikTok and Instagram connections use creator-authorized, read-only permissions for profile and analytics information. Authorization tokens are encrypted and stored separately for each creator. Creators can revoke access through the applicable platform or request deletion.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, when required by law, or with the user’s direction. Records are retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may disconnect a social account, request correction, or request deletion of associated information. Instagram deletion requests are also supported through the platform’s deletion process.
Contact
Privacy questions and deletion requests can be submitted through the Afterhrs Radar support area or by contacting the service administrator through your agency.
